What kind of magic mod is Mahou Tsukai?
Mahou Tsukai focuses on unique spells and special effects rather than on how spells are crafted. It has no tiers and no progression except mana, and every spell is designed to be distinct.
Is there a progression system in Mahou Tsukai?
Only mana. The mod deliberately avoids tiers and progression beyond expanding your mana, so you choose which unique spells to use rather than climbing a tech tree.
Do you need to know Fate/Stay Night to play Mahou Tsukai?
No. Many spells are inspired by Fate/Stay Night and similar media, but no knowledge of them is needed to understand or enjoy the mod.
